Become Our Salesforce Consultant
Founded in 2017 in Brno, Maintask is an official Salesforce Consulting Partner that helps increase the revenues of businesses by implementing, developing, and customizing Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM. We also provide additional website and related IT services to our clients, which are based mostly in the US. We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team. Knowledge of the Czech language is not a requirement for this position.
Salesforce Consultant Duties:
- Analyze client needs & design scalable Salesforce solutions
- Configure Sales/Service/ Experience/Nonprofit Cloud
- Optimize workflows, automation & reporting
- Train clients & ensure successful adoption
- Collaborate with developers on custom features & integrations
- Stay ahead of Salesforce trends & recommend improvements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or administration experience
- Experience in testing, validation, and user training
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and automation preferred
- Required: Salesforce Administrator certification
- Business Analyst and Consultant certifications would be an advantage
